| Epoxy floor finishes are the ideal coating for your garage or basement. Whether it's residential or commercial, epoxy adds value and ease of cleaning. We use AquaPon Epoxy two part coatings from Pittsburgh Paints, it's extremely durable and a true water born product. |
| Prep work involved in cleaning a concrete floor starts with sweeping and power washing, then muriatic acid is applied and power washed again. After a few days of drying we'll come out and tape off a 2x2 piece of plastic to the floor to check for moisture. Only after the concrete has passed the proper drying time will we apply the two part epoxy coating. If colored flakes are desired, they will be sprinkled on and then a clear coat applied over that. |
